How long does a scan take?

Most scans complete in 5–10 seconds. Items flagged for expert review receive their final assessment by email within 24–36 hours.

What file formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, and PDF — up to 25MB per file, up to 5 files per scan.

What happens if my scan says "Manual Review"?

Low-confidence or ambiguous scans are escalated to a human expert. You'll receive their assessment by email within 24–36 hours, along with any follow-up instructions (e.g., requesting additional photos).

Is my authentication certificate verifiable?

Yes. Each certificate is cryptographically signed and contains a tamper-evident hash of your scan inputs. Anyone with the certificate can verify its authenticity against our system.

How many free scans do I get?

Free tier: 3 scans per month. Consumer subscription ($9.99/mo): 60 scans per month. Pro/Reseller ($49/mo): 300 scans per month.

Can I buy extra scans mid-month?

Yes. Pro subscribers can purchase a Scan Pack (500 extra scans for $99) at any time. The button appears automatically when you reach your monthly limit. Unused pack scans reset at the start of each month and do not carry over. You can buy multiple packs in the same month.
