Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

ApprovalWhisper subscriptions (Consumer $9.99/month, Pro $49/month) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access to your plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you subscribe for the first time and find the service doesn't meet your needs, contact us at support@approvalwhisper.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription (not renewals).

Service Credits

If the service experiences an outage longer than 4 hours in a single day (as measured on our status page), we automatically issue service credits equal to 1 day's subscription value. Credits are applied to your next invoice.

Disputed Assessments

If you believe a scan result was materially incorrect and you purchased a Pro plan specifically for that scan, contact support within 7 days. We may issue a one-time credit or expert re-review at our discretion. ApprovalWhisper assessments are informational (see Terms of Service § 2) and do not guarantee authenticity.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in immediate account suspension. We respond to every support ticket within 24 hours — it's always faster to email us first.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@approvalwhisper.com with your account email and reason for the request. We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
